• Cap + gown
• Stoles, cords, medals, or honors items
• Diploma cover (if you have it)
• Champagne, signs, or props (optional)
• Please note: I don't allow confetti use.
• Comfortable walking shoes for between locations
• Water + touch-up items for makeup/hair (especially for the hot summer months)

I recommend bringing a friend, parent or partner with you for help holding/carrying your items especially as we are switching between wearing the gown and not wearing it.

I always recommend choosing outfits that make you feel confident, comfortable, and truly like yourself. Outfits that photograph best are typically timeless, well-fitted, and easy to move around in. Neutral tones, soft colors, earthy shades, classic silhouettes, and elevated basics tend to create a clean and timeless look in photos.

Flowy dresses, layered textures, denim, monochromatic outfits, and simple accessories all photograph beautifully. If you’re planning multiple outfits, I suggest bringing a mix of something more dressy and something more casual for variety in your gallery.

Try to avoid large logos, neon colors, or overly busy patterns, as they can distract from the overall feel of the images. Most importantly, choose pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable so your personality can shine naturally throughout your session.

Most sessions are scheduled during golden hour for the softest and most flattering light. Fall sessions begin earlier due to sunset times changing, so arriving on time is extremely important.

Do not worry about knowing how to pose! I’ll guide you throughout the entire session with natural prompts and direction so your photos feel effortless and genuine.

Final galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks during busy graduation seasons.

If weather conditions are unsafe or rain is expected, we’ll work together to reschedule your session.

If you plan to print your images through Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Shutterfly, or another consumer print lab, please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide a print release certificate for personal printing purposes.
